    • Retired from RJRT, firefighter, emergency responder, pilot

  • Faith:  Christian, member of Richmond Hill Baptist Church

  • Leadership Experience: 
    • 25 years engineering, Research &Development, and management
    • Sunday school teacher

    • Board of Directors  & Secretary East Bend Fire Department
    • Secretary Copeland Masonic Lodge No. 390
    • East Bend GOP Precinct Chairman
    • Represented Yadkin County last two years at the State Conventions

    • Helped obtain and organize local and state funding for public smoke detector programs

    • Helped with the East Bend Volunteer Fire Department insurance rating improvement

      • Best in the state without paid firefighters or a district wide hydrant system
